• Typography Playground & Generator: Interactive browser-based specimen rendering, variable weight customization, and CSS rule export.
• Font Pair Recommendations & Comparison: Curated harmonic typography pairs and side-by-side character glyph inspections.
• Developer REST API: Programmatic access to font recognition and analysis endpoints at fontvary.com/api.

All trademarks, product names, foundry brand names, and logos appearing within our identification results (such as Helvetica, Proxima Nova, Gotham, etc.) are the property of their respective trademark owners. FontVary (fontvary.com) is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these third-party foundries.

The software, design interface, user experience, computer algorithms, and aggregated dataset indexing of FontVary are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, duplicate, reverse engineer, or decompile any portion of our codebase without explicit written consent.

While our neural models strive for high accuracy, font recognition from raster images is inherently heuristic. Factors such as low resolution, kerning distortion, perspective skew, and glyph modifications can affect results.

Similarity percentages (e.g. "98% Match") are algorithmic confidence metrics and do not constitute an official declaration that two typefaces are identical in legal typeface design patents.

Developers utilizing our API must adhere to published rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API keys demonstrating abusive request patterns, unauthenticated brute-force queries, or terms violations.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Under no legal theory shall FontVary (fontvary.com), its directors, or its software engineers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from font licensing disputes or website typography rendering differences.
